Stonewater Windows & Doors
Where We Work

Proudly serving Tampa Bay, county by county.

Licensed CBC1263458 and installing across Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough — 20 communities and counting.

Pinellas County

Our home county — Stonewater is headquartered in Tarpon Springs, and most of our installs happen within a short drive of the shop. Pinellas is a peninsula, which means nearly every home here sits in a wind-borne debris region where impact-rated windows and doors aren't just smart — they're what the Florida Building Code expects for openings in new construction and many replacements. From waterfront homes in Madeira Beach and Redington Beach that take the brunt of Gulf storms to established neighborhoods in Clearwater, Dunedin, and St. Petersburg, we install PGT and CWS products rated for exactly these conditions.

Pasco County

Coastal Pasco communities like Hudson, Holiday, and New Port Richey face the same Gulf exposure as Pinellas, while fast-growing inland areas like Trinity, Land O Lakes, and Wesley Chapel are full of homes built before today's impact standards. Replacing original builder-grade windows with impact-rated glass is one of the most common projects we do in Pasco — it cuts energy bills, qualifies for wind mitigation insurance credits, and removes the shutter scramble before every storm.

Hillsborough County

From South Tampa bungalows to newer construction in Westchase, Lutz, and Odessa, Hillsborough homeowners call us for the same reasons: hurricane protection that doesn't require shutters, quieter interiors near busy corridors, and cooling costs that stop climbing every summer. We handle permitting with the county and install to Miami-Dade NOA standards across the Tampa metro.
